Breerelli

Connection is vitally important, between people and across concepts. It's how we grow to understand each other and create community. Breerelli is a composer and cellist at Central Washington University who loves finding connections and bringing people together, whether it's composing about flowers, inviting people to tango dances, or walking through the forest with friends.

Music is a way we can all create something beautiful together, and tell a story, even without any words! Writing music is a way she finds she can direct attention and inspire connection. She has helped out at Kids in Concert and teaches at Yakima Music en Acción, seeing how much of an impact playing and sharing music together can make in people's lives. It's the teamwork, support, and encouragement learned through music that you can bring to all parts of your life, inspiring change and kindness and empathy.

You might find Breerelli caring for her plants and fish, playing in orchestra or mariachi, studying Chinese, dancing a milonga, or exploring a waterfall.
